Stephanie Mundt, PT, DPT, OCS, is a physical therapist and running coach in Phoenix, Arizona. She started her physical therapy & coaching business, Volante PT and Performance, in 2020 to specialize in the rehabilitation and performance of runners. Stephanie has a special interest in working with athletes who have a history of eating disorders or disordered eating, relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S), and bone stress injuries, as she experienced the effects of these issues first-hand as a long-distance runner in high school and college.
