Our coaching is available as a hybrid program in the Greater Phoenix Area or fully virtual, so you can access expert guidance no matter where you are. For those recovering from injuries, we offer performance rehab and coaching to seamlessly work recovery strategies into your training, ensuring a safe and sustainable return to running.

Dr. Steph was supportive throughout the entire process and left me with the skills and knowledge I need to continue to maintain the health of my hip on my own. With her guidance, I went from not being able to walk without significant discomfort to running pain-free. I continue to use her coaching services to keep up my strength training.

I learned what to do to work with my body and how to continue training despite aches. We “read” my aches and listened to them to guide training. I was able to build back my mileage, alleviate injuries, and maintain my menstrual cycle while increasing mileage! I was even able to train 5x a week and get pregnant!

I’ve been working with Steph for about a year, and it’s been the best investment I’ve made in my running and overall health. I came to Steph following a metatarsal stress fracture, which hit me at a point when my running was going well, but I hadn’t addressed a long history of overtraining combined with some challenges in my approach to food. Steph‘s expertise was invaluable in helping me first safely return to running before progressing my training and getting back to racing. Since working with Steph, I feel so much more confident in my training, and I recently completed my first 50k, which I’ve since followed up with a trail marathon – something that felt a million miles off a year ago!

Coach Steph is one of my favorite people on earth, and I am so happy to have her on my team! I have struggled with chronic injuries and an eating disorder, and Steph has truly listened, understood, and supported me the entire way. I was sidelined from running for a couple of years before I found Steph, and she got me back to running within a month of working together. I was initially on the fence about taking the leap to coaching since I’m just a hobby jogger. Still, it has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself (especially as someone with a demanding job).
