Are sessions in person or virtual?

If you are in the Phoenix, Arizona, area, physical therapy sessions can be either in-person or virtual. If you are outside of Arizona, all sessions are virtual.

Do you work with males?

Yes! Even though our website is geared toward female runners, we work with everyone.

What types of athletes does Volante Physical Therapy and Performance work with?

All types of athletes. Coach Steph works primarily with road and trail runners. Coach Mirae works with figure and speed skaters, overhead athletes and road runners.

How do I get started with coaching?

At Volante, we offer run, strength, and run + strength coaching options. To get started, fill out the coaching application HERE and we’ll reach out to schedule a free consult!

Is there a minimum contract? What is your cancellation policy?

Coaching services are a month-to-month commitment with no minimum contract. We ask that you give at least 2 weeks notice, however, if you wish to discontinue coaching services.

What's the difference between Performance Rehab Coaching vs Run or Run + Strength Coaching?

Performance rehab coaching is for athletes who are currently managing pain or injury. This includes intentional and progressive programming for injury rehab and return to run. Run and run + strength coaching is for athletes who are not currently injured.

  • Can I submit invoices or superbills to my insurance company?

    Yes. Itemized receipts for physical therapy services are provided to you upon request. You may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your insurance plan.

    If physical therapy sessions occur in Arizona, itemized receipts for services are provided to you upon request. You may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. Coaching services are not eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company.

  • Does Volante Physical Therapy and Performance take my insurance?

    It is my goal to provide you with the best possible care. As a result, I am not contracted with any insurance companies. However, I accept HSA/FSA cards, all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

  • How do I get started with Physical Therapy?

    You can inquire about physical therapy with Volante through the contact form HERE. From there, we will reach out to schedule!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Physical therapy sessions and virtual consultations require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. In the event of a late cancel or no-show, you will be charged in full for the session.
